32The Association of Arab Universities Concludes a Workshop on the Internationalization of Higher Education Institutions - in AmmanAssociation of Arab UniversitiesOctober 2025The Association of Arab Universities (AArU) successfully concluded a two-day intensive workshop (October 15%u201316, 2025) on %u201cInternationalization of Higher Education Institutions.%u201d The workshop, held at the Rotana Hotel in Amman, targeted a group of staff members from the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research as well as international relations oflcers from several Iraqi universities, with around 25 participants in attendance.Objectives and Themes of the WorkshopThe workshop primarily focused on deepening participants%u2019 understanding of the key concepts related to the internationalization and globalization of higher education institutions.
