Prof. Mona Abdel Aal El-Zahri stated that the conference serves as a distinguished scientific platform that brings together a select group of researchers and experts to discuss critical issues related to educational quality. It aims to explore new horizons for excellence through modern practices and technologies that contribute to the development of educational systems at all levels. She added that the choice of the conference theme reflects a deep belief in the importance of educational quality as a cornerstone for sustainable development, investment in human capital, and keeping pace with the rapid global changes in educational systems driven by digital transformation and the Fourth Industrial Revolution.The conference was held on the sidelines of the 13th International Conference of Ain Shams University on Wednesday, May 14, 2025. It was organized in cooperation with the Egyptian Center of the International Institute for Online Education (IIOE Egypt), affiliated with UNESCO-ICHEI, as part of the celebrations marking the 75th anniversary of the founding of Ain Shams University. The event was also attended by Ms. Lina Al-Bitar, Director of the General Administration of the Association of Arab Universities, and Ms. Dina Abu rizeq, Coordinator of the Institutional Affairs Unit at the Association.by Association of Arab Universities 18
