He also commended the exceptional efforts of The Measurement and Evaluation Scientific Association in organizing the event and expressed hope that the conference%u2019s recommendations would be translated into actionable measures to enhance Arab educational systems and accelerate their alignment with the demands of the digital era, in accordance with the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals.The Secretary-General of the Association of Arab Universities reaffirmed the Association's commitment to supporting initiatives aimed at advancing higher education and scientific research in the Arab world, considering measurement and evaluation to be fundamental pillars for achieving institutional and programmatic accreditation and reinforcing public trust in educational outcomes.Prof. Anas Rateb Al-Saud, Executive Director of the Association of Arab Universities, participated in the first session of the conference, titled \Quality Education with Effective Evaluation.\quality, leadership, innovation, and institutional transformation. He addressed the importance of differentiating between %u201cquality of education%u201d and %u201ceducation for quality,%u201d the centrality of leadership in shaping institutional culture and enhancing accountability, and the transformative power of innovation and technology in the learning process. He emphasized the need for data-driven strategic institutional transformation to achieve lasting impact.
