The Third Annual Conference of (MESA), Titled: \Practices: Innovative Pathways to Excellence\Under the patronage of His Excellency Prof. Amr Ezzat Salama, Secretary-General of the Association of Arab Universities, and Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El Abedein, President of Ain Shams University, the Third Annual Conference of The Measurement and Evaluation Scientific Association (MESA) was officially launched. The event, titled \Education Practices: Innovative Pathways to Excellence\by Prof. Mona Abdel Aal El-Zahri, Secretary-General of the Association and Director of the Center for the Development of Education Strategies and Research at Ain Shams University.In his virtual address, Prof. Amr Ezzat Salama expressed his pleasure in participating in the conference, emphasizing that it represents one of the leading academic forums in the Arab world dedicated to enhancing educational measurement and evaluation mechanisms.
