Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Amr Ezzat Salama, Secretary-General of the Association of Arab Universities, Professor Dr. Mohamed Diaa Zain El Abedin, President of Ain Shams University, and Professor Dr. Nidal Al-Ramahi, President of Zarqa University, the distinguished \launched. The program is organized by the Scientific Association for Measurement and Evaluation, affiliated with the Association of Arab Universities and based at Ain Shams University, Egypt. The opening took place at 5:00 PM on Saturday, April 5, 2025, with wide participation from a distinguished group of faculty members and specialists in evaluation and higher education quality from various Arab universities.This program is considered one of the leading training initiatives aimed at building the capacities of faculty members and professionals in higher education. It aims to enable them to acquire advanced skills in designing and applying modern evaluation strategies within ethical frameworks that ensure integrity and excellence in educational practices.The opening session witnessed high-level attendance. The program began with opening remarks from a group of prominent academic figures, welcoming the participants and emphasizing the critical importance of academic evaluation in enhancing the quality of higher education and building a competency- and integrity-based educational environment.The session opened with a speech by His Excellency Professor Dr. Amr Ezzat Salama, who expressed his pride in this outstanding program. He pointed out that the Association of Arab Universities pays great attention to building the capacities of faculty members and enhancing their competencies in evaluation fields to ensure high-quality educational outcomes.
