AArU Participates in the 57th Session of the Higher Coordination Committee for Joint Arab Action in TunisiaA delegation from the Association of Arab Universities, headed by H.E. Prof. Amr Ezzat Salama, Secretary-General of the Association, and including Prof. Anas Al-Soud, Executive Director of the Association, and Ms. Lina Albitar, Director of the General Administration, participated in the 57th regular session of the Higher Coordination Committee for Joint Arab Action. The session was held on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, at the headquarters of the Arab League Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization (ALECSO) in the Tunisian capital, Tunis, and chaired by H.E. Mr. Ahmed Aboul Gheit, Secretary-General of the League of Arab States.The Association%u2019s participation comes within the framework of its commitment to strengthening joint Arab action and activating its academic and scientific role within the system of Arab joint action institutions, while coordinating with strategic partners among specialized Arab organizations in the fields of education, culture, and scientific research.The meeting included discussions on a number of strategic issues related to development challenges in the Arab world, and mechanisms for integration among specialized Arab institutions. The goal is to achieve common objectives and enhance cooperation and integration across all fields, including knowledge, higher education, and scientific research.by Association of Arab Universities 29
