                                    40Conclusion of the %u201cArab Toxicology Competition%u201d in Riyadh with Broad Participation and the Presence of the Secretary-General of the Association of Arab UniversitiesAssociation of Arab UniversitiesThe %u201cArab Toxicology Competition%u201d concluded in Riyadh, held as part of the 6th International Conference on Pharmacy and Toxicology, in the presence of Prof. Amr Ezzat Salama, Secretary-General of the Association of Arab Universities (AArU), alongside a distinguished group of academic and scientific leaders, faculty members, and students from colleges of pharmacy, medicine, and nursing across the Arab world.This year%u2019s competition witnessed a remarkable level of participation, with 65 Arab universities applying to take part, and 27 qualified teams representing 12 Arab countries competing in the final rounds.The event also featured the %u201cPosters Competition%u201d for students, which aimed to enhance scientific communication skills, promote health awareness, and transform toxicological and pharmaceutical concepts into simplified and impactful visual content.In his address at the closing ceremony, the Secretary-General emphasized that such initiatives embody the spirit of innovation, excellence, and constructive scientific competition among students in the Arab world. He noted that toxicology has become a cornerstone in protecting public health, ensuring the safe use of medicines, and reducing environmental and chemical risks. His Excellency also expressed his appreciation to the participating universities for their high academic and professional standards in student preparation.
