The 30th Arab Forum for the Exchange of Training OpportunitiesThe Arab Council for Training and Student Creativity is holding the 30th Arab Forum for the Exchange of Training Opportunities at the Open University of Libya in Tripoli, State of Libya, from April 15 to 20, 2025.The forum is held under the patronage of H.E. Dr. Imran Al-Qeeb, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research in Libya, and H.E. Dr. Masouda Al-Aswad, Minister of General Education in Libya. The event is also attended by Prof. Dr. Abu Al-Qasim Muhammad Shalouf, President of the Open University of Libya, and Prof. Dr. Fawaz Ahmed Al-Zaghoul, Director of the Arab Council for Training and Student Creativity, along with several presidents of Arab and Libyan universities, representatives of educational institutions that are members of the Arab Council, and a number of university presidents from Malaysia.During the opening session, several speeches were delivered, and presentations were given by forum participants highlighting the importance of training.
