Association of Arab Universities 05In line with strengthening joint Arab cooperation in the fields of higher education and scientific research, the Association of Arab Universities signed a strategic agreement with the Egyptian Knowledge Bank %u2013 International and theFederation of Arab Scientific Research Councils (FASRC). The signing took place during the event %u201cStrategic Partnership for Arab Knowledge%u201d, under the patronage and in the presence of H.E. DrMohamed Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research of Egypt. The agreement was signed by H.E.
