18Cairo %u2013 Monday, October 13, 2025His Excellency Professor Mohamed Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research of Egypt, met today at the Ministry%u2019s headquarters with His Excellency Professor Amr Ezzat Salama, Secretary-General of the Association of Arab Universities. The meeting was attended by Professor Anas Rateb Al-Soud, Executive Director of the Association, Ms. Lina Al-Bitar, Director of the General Administration, and from the Egyptian Knowledge Bank, Dr. Gina Al-Feki, General Supervisor, and Eng. Majed Al-Sadeq, Secretary-General. The discussion focused on mechanisms for implementing the %u201c Egyptian Knowledge Bank-International%u201d agreement and expanding its services to benefit Arab universities.During the meeting, the two sides reviewed ways to provide access to scientific content, databases, and digital educational resources through the Knowledge Bank for students, faculty members, and researchers in Arab universities.
