I would also like to extend my heartfelt thanks toProfessor Dr. Barakat Al-Hudaiban, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the International University in Kuwait, for his continuous support and significant efforts in promoting academic cooperation.We hope that the discussions and deliberations taking place during this conference will result in practical recommendations and decisions that contribute to enhancing the quality of Arab higher education and reinforcing the standing of our universities on the international stage.
