                                    Association of Arab Universities 05During the event, more than 150 cooperation agreements were signed between Arab and Turkish universities in areas including scientific research, student and faculty exchange, and joint academic projects%u2014reffiecting the depth of academic relations between both sides and their shared commitment to advancing future collaboration.The conference concluded with the adoption of an important document titled the %u201cTunis Joint Declaration%u201d, held under the theme: %u201cTransforming Higher Education through Leadership, Innovation, and Regional Integration.%u201dThe declaration was jointly endorsed by the Council of Higher Education of the Republic of T%u00fcrkiye (Y%u00d6K), the Association of Arab Universities (AArU), and the Eurasian Universities Union (EURAS).It outlined five main pillars: partner institutions to oversee the implementation and activation of the declaration%u2019s provisions.At the conclusion of the conference, participants expressed their deep appreciation for the exceptional efforts of the General Secretariat of the Association of Arab Universities, the University of Tunis El Manar, the Council of Higher Education of the Republic of T%u00fcrkiye, and the Eurasian Universities Union (EURAS) for their excellent organization and warm hospitality.They reaflrmed the importance of sustaining this constructive academic cooperation, which contributes to the advancement of higher education and strengthens bridges of partnership between Arab and Turkish universities.%u2022 Leadership and Governance: Enhancing university leadership capacities and developing institutional governance systems.%u2022 Innovation and Scientific Research: Establishing joint research and innovation centers in areas such as digital transformation, artificial intelligence, health, and sustainability.%u2022 Regional Integration: Supporting academic exchange programs, scholarships, and joint summer schools among universities.%u2022 Sustainable Development: Aligning academic cooperation with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).%u2022 Implementation and Follow-up Mechanism: Forming a joint task force representing the three
