Association of Arab Universities 04The Fifth Conference of Arab-Turkish Presidents' congress was held in the Republic of Tunisia on October 10%u201311, 2025, with the participation of more than 100 Arab and Turkish universities, as part of efforts to strengthen academic and scientific cooperation between higher education institutions in the Arab world and the Republic of T%u00fcrkiye.The conference was jointly organized by the General Secretariat of the Association of Arab Universities (AArU), the University of Tunis El Manar, the Council of Higher Education of the Republic of T%u00fcrkiye (Y%u00d6K), and the Eurasian Universities Union (EURAS).The event witnessed high-level participation, led by H.E. Prof. Amr Ezzat Salama, Secretary-General of the Association of Arab Universities; H.E. Prof. Moncef Boukthir, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research of the Republic of Tunisia; Prof. Moez Chafra, President of the University of Tunis El Manar; Prof. Erol %u00d6zvar, President of the Council of Higher Education of the Republic of T%u00fcrkiye (Y%u00d6K); and Prof. Mustafa Ayd%u0131n, President of the Eurasian Universities Union (EURAS). The conference was also attended by a large number of university presidents, academic leaders, and experts in higher education and scientific research.The conference featured scientific sessions and extensive discussions that explored ways to enhance academic partnerships and promote scientific and cultural exchange between universities.
